Christmas is coming and with so many of us looking forward to the holidays, there are many important questions to be asked. Do Yorkshire puddings belong on a Christmas Roast? Is Die Hard a Chrstmas film? Why do people put prawns in their crackers? So with Christmas right around the corner we wanted to find out students’ and teachers' opinions and their favourite parts of the holiday. I interviewed many different members of staff and students and these are the responses I got!
Firstly, if you need to get in the Christmas spirit, what is better than listening to some Christmas tunes and watching a good Christmas film? There were controversial discussions about whether Elf is a good Christmas film or one of the worst and whether Diehard is actually a Christmas film. But what do you think? If you don’t know what to listen to or watch, here are some of Coopers’ students’ and staffs’ favourites.
Films

Love Actually
(“Definitely not”) Elf

Now you’re feeling in the Christmas spirit you might be a bit peckish for some of the amazing Christmas food. A crowd favourite was pigs in blankets but many people were disgusted when some people said Yorkshire puddings. So the question remains, are Yorkshire puddings a Christmas food or not? Here are some of the students’ and staffs’ favourites.
Food
M&S Christmas stuffing
Cheese straws
Chocolate Brazil nuts from Amazon
Homemade sausage rolls

Pigs in blankets “because the meat it just ooooo yeah”
We all celebrate Christmas differently so here are some of our students’ and staffs’ Christmas traditions. Will you be starting any of these in your house this year?
